    Reconstructive surgery

So I scheduled a surgery to repair my ACL on April 30th... I'm being told that i should be able to get back into athletic activity in about six months from the surgery so i'm hoping to get back to rolling in about 7-8!!! Hopefully all goes well and i make a speedy recovery!

Just be sure not to rush anythin. Not gettin to roll sucks but its better than destroying your knee forever

Have a speedy recovery! Don't rush getting back into things, and DON'T slack on rehab injury -- it amazes me how many people try to let their body recover on their own instead of doing proper rehabilitative therapy. If you PM me I have some strong knee rehab resources I can link you to...

Get your knee as strong as possible pre-surgery, it will help with recovery immensely. Don't rush to come back and do all your physio and then some. This is from my own experience, goodluck!!!
