This is 110% true, but I also want to say that it's not a lifestyle change that you should be scared of.

This is in reference to leaky gut syndrome, which a lot of people have and don't even know it, because they are eating grains, legumes and dairy.

My point is, it may sound or seem daunting to stop eating starch and sugar, but it's easier than you think. The only thing I will caution you on is that there is an addition to the foods you'll be dropping and you will experience withdrawl like a drug for a couple weeks.
