hang in there man things will only get better, something i used to help facilitate my weight loss from 220 to my current 150 in about a year an a half was the consumption of probiotics, any type is fine, i use to take this stuff called yakult, now i take green vibrance because its just all around healthier then just the one type of culture yakult provides, but it is decently cheap about 3 bucks for a pack of 5, but i do this because i mainly do not enjoy eating yogurt, lots of water, and more greens always help too, but to me the biggest thing of all is the probiotics, to your regular diet for a small boost
also dont do jiu jitsu because you feel like you have to, do it for the fun of rolling, if you need a break then take a break, and spend time with your family, because the gym will always be there
