HAHA!!! Funny thing, I left a bottle with some chia seed gel in my car for a day or so and they started to sprout.
It's not a "super food" per say, but chocolate milk is amazing for post workout recovery. I read in Runners World that some University had a control group drink 8 oz of a leading recovery shake after a 45 min workout and another group drink 8 oz of chocolate milk and after 2 hours the chocolate milk group showed more signs of muscle and blood sugar recovery than the recovery shake group. This works unless you get a bit "gassy" from milk products.
