    X Guard

    Hi Guys,

    I'm looking for some online videos on X guard. Either instructionals or live rolling/comps that feature x guard sweeps and transitions.

    Has anyone got any great ones?

    I know a lot of people on the forum aren't fans of his, but Richard at TrainFightWin does have a fair share of X guard sweep videos he posts on YouTube and also has available for purchase at his site. I've been able to use some of his sweeps in practice.
