    it not bad at all...the tumble is where the problem can arise bc resistance partner wil not go over so easy....

    When I see a black belt showing a move and said black belt is a BJJ world champion, I will always think its effective.

    That looks like it might be a reasonable entry into Deep Half, but I agree that it looks tough to pull off. While I don't foresee adding it to my game right now, it's certainly interesting.

    I always go from "is it effective?" to "is that useful for me?" Of COURSE he can pull it off -- he's a world champion for a reason. The question I so often wonder about vids like this is not so much whether the technique will work at all but whether it's something I can reasonably add to my game. Then again, the original question was "[is it] effective?"
