Yessir! Same tech same result. If im in turtle, I stay in my shell and time a granby or grab 2 on 1. I love to roll, so I just give everyone else credit for it too.

Badass, I just taught a seminar last month where a large portion was dedicated to the reverse omoplata, its a total shoulder destroyer. Helio hit that shit super smooth!

I still use the transitions you showed us in Brandon's garage off the deep single. Super effective.
