I really really like some of the stuff Jason Skully puts out not meaning for a moment to be disrespectful but I genuinely have no idea of his true level. My guess would be he is a black belt level grappler but can any shed some light on his ability and any titles he's won?

Hey Chris,

This is Jason Scully here. Nice to meet you. Just to give an idea of myself. I've been training in BJJ for over 12 years. Wrestled for 5 years before BJJ. So a little over 17 years BJJ.

I've competed a decent amount in local and IBJJF competitions. Before I injured my shoulder I would compete around once a month, sometimes multiple times a month.

I placed:

3rd at the Worlds in 2008 at brown belt
2nd at the NY Open in 2009 brown belt
3rd ADCC Professional Trials in 2009
3rd in No Gi Pans Black Belt in 2011
Also won and placed in numerous other comps in advanced divisions and gi (grapplers quest, naga, us grappling, etc..)

Been teaching BJJ since I was a blue belt...around 8+ years.
