We had a Herzog day at class tonight.
Put in some important numbers , reaping the knee to the wedge - and applying the knee knot. One thing a lot of the guys were missing from the last time we drilled this, was the idea to secure the knotted leg more by actually scooping it up after "Jumping Rope" with it. Once they realized you have a lot more control, it was hit like clockwork. Straight Ankle Lock, Foot Compression, and Heel Hook were the focus again, given we had to touch up a lot of minor detail. But thanks to Brandon's video blog here on the forums, we were able to implement the Armenian Handshake, and a NASTY Twister finish from the knot. Given my length, I know this will become my go to lol. - It's awesome how we can help each other out with techniques on here, even being so far away.
Fun Night!
