No joke. you did awesome. I would say your cardio and flexibility are great. I saw some good take down setups. I would say try drilling those takedowns with either pressing your knee through so you can land in side control or when you hit your setup squeeze his knees together so you can pass the legs. Your half-guard game in general needs some more reps. once you get your lock-down i think it's nothing but gold for you. Also work your half-guard killers. You are going to be a BEAST. I was just in orlando, now i'm mad that i didn't know there was a hotbox there. lol. Good Job again.
