Got promoted tonight in St. Paul along with a team mate (noah) its been a long road so far starting out doing my reps, taking my beatings then living in kuwait, teaching my soldiers some 10th Planet style. Coming home and stepping back on the mat with the whole crew, wrecking house last weekend and grabbing 7 wins and 2 medals. All in all this first step in the journey has been rewarding and i wouldn't change a single part of it. literally, jiu jitsu saved my life.485482_10151906680069768_673718538_n.jpg
