With her injured arm, Cora isn't able to do rubber guard. This force her to play other guard and work on a few more things. Can you pick out the things she been working on????
She looks like she tries to work knee-on-belly and standing passes. She flows really well. The injury is a good opportunity to work her top game, her lockdown half, and try to establish her double underhooks if her injury permits, I saw a couple opportunities to hit the electric chair. If she gets a really solid lockdown, a lot of boys use a lot energy while rolling against her, she can use it to wear them down and sweep them easier I guess I am being captain obvious though.

Yes as you can see we have been working a lot on her passing and breaking guard. She has many subs from top, but she only able to do them if she can pass their guard. The boys featured on this vid are the two with the best guard that we have at the gym. As you can see they are much bigger than her so they will help her get better with her passing. Also her coach tell her not to pull guard anymore so she can practice on her passing.
Top level passes, Cora is loving the Caporia and Twister pass now. Need to teach her the M1. From guard, she is working alot of the lockdown to z guard to carni Or lockdown to z guard to full guard to rubber guard.
