    Anyone trained with Gokor ?

    hi all,

    whats the deal with this dude ? I hear people around saying he is supposed to be some badass, but I cant see any credentials on the interwebz, fights or anything of the sort, besides some judo blackbelt credentials and rickson like 9048334 - 0 win loss ratio claims.

    Gokor has trained Neil Melanson (Xtreme Couture head grappling coach), Karo Parisyan, Manny Gamburyan and Ronda Rousey. He is highly ranked in Judo as well as Sambo and very famous in the grappling community. He teaches his Hayastan Grappling systems, which incorporates quite a few vicious leg locks, armbars and a lot more. He is super super legit.

    Gokor is the real deal. He has really good stories about Olympics and the initial UFC's. I'll let him explain those. But yeah, grappling, judo, sambo... He's a nightmare. He can dump anyone on their head and leglock quick. His jits? yeah!! People think he's just judo and leg locks but soon find out his jits is really good.

    He creates monsters too: Karen, Manny, Karo, Sevak... To name a few. Some of his guys you may have never heard of, but believe me, they are legit!

    Guy that won our division at Gracie Worlds last year was a Gokor guy and he had tremendous footlocks. Beat Nathan Orchard in the finals, and you know what a monster Orchard is.

    wow thanks guys for so much input...sounds like the guy is worth checking out if im ever in the vicinity...

    I asked because I immediately smelled BS when some guy was talking to me how world class grapplers even brazilians and fighters even today go train with him and his guys, and he dropped some names which made me like, yeah sure bro. I guess it was some poetic embellishment
