Does anyone know how this might done.
Now that Scotland has a 10th planet moon, I am getting to learn and work on alot of awesome new techniques but I am noticing my leg curl strength is fairly poor.
Yes I understand that over time it will increase but I was wondering if there are any exercises I can do at home to improve this faster.
My main issue is when I go to clear the head in rubber guard. As soon as I remove my hand, most guys can just pull away. Yes I can double bag but I don't want to have to rely on that everytime as it can be difficult on bigger opponents.
Any thoughts are appreciated
