    I was wondering if any of you 10th planeteers had any tips on stretching to improve flexibility that maybe isn't as well known and effective.

    There's a book called "Relax into Stretching" by Pavel Tsatsouline. It's for people very serious about improving flexibility. Great stuff in there... He has a body weight exercise book also, called "The Naked Warrior". I recommend the stretching book to all grapplers and kickboxers.
