Upcoming Competition

I'm back in Professional MMA action June 1st against (1-1) Canadian fighter Joe King in St. Ignace for the "War On The Shore" event. - Then it looks like I'll be competing in BJJ June 22nd. Back down for another Elite Fed. Of Grapplers tournament a few hours away. I've won the event a few times, so hoping this will be another gold medal performance. I'll be competing in Advanced No-Gi and I'm debating doing the Brown Belt Division in Gi to help improve my chances of achieving my Purple Belt. Not much of a Gi guy but I don't see why I won't be able to work off my back the same lol.

Been working my ass off, and I'm looking forward to the Zog seminar June 8th! Pick up some nasty technique to use towards the end of the month.

Hell yea Brett seen you come a lonnnng way in the 3 years i have been training with you from a wrestler that could do triangles and armbars and a good rnc to a very smooth transitioning bjj practitioner its crazy to see how far you have come your flexibility and everything.
