Pack your bowl? Technique names

I was going through NY crackhead , muddy waters,crock series a bit with the kids the other night. As Einstein showed us to pack the leg in tight to keep the pressure on at Midwest training camp, I seemed to keep forgetting it. In front of parents and the world I told a 12 year old to pack his bowl. Of course after realizing what I said, I had to explain that double bag was just like watching cartoons with a bowl of cereal in your lap. Sometimes the boo berry gets to falling out so you gotta pack your bowl :-). Anybody else have a suggestion for the name?

Hahaha. You could call it the ratchet. Or like the winch. I mean you are In muddy waters so I think winch may work the best. Then again just make something else so it's suitable for the kids.

Actually Johnny Ho was talking about it yesterday at the gym. I couldn't remember what it was called and then he was asking if we knew the new path because he had just gone over it with Denny. I love when that guy comes to the gym his level of smash is what I look up to.
