This past Saturday, 10th Planet Blue Belt Jeremy Trotta won his amateur MMA debut. Jeremy dominated the first and third rounds with excellent wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. The second round was tough, and JT overcome some adversity to come back and steal the last 15 seconds of the round. He used the Electric Chair sweep to reverse to top position at the end of the second, and came out strong in the third. Using a vintage Matt Hughes-type takedown/slam, JT planted his opponent and punished him on the ground for the rest of the round.
