    Set your metabolism on fire

    I was doing some reading on fitness, health, lifting etc and I found this free E-book linked on T-Nation.
    I thought it was worth sharing. I haven't had a chance to read any of it yet, just wanted to post it for you all. It's a freebie and might be packed with awesome info.

    ive had a quick look through it and it seems pretty good. look liek the guy is legit, and even enjoys mma (cant blame him) and what he says is exactly what the personal trainer i train with says. thanks for the heads up dude
