the opening legs part at 3:15 seems like a big part of it, it similar to a technical stand-up postioning right? either way, it seems to set up the rest well

I landed it twice is sparing yesterday. I had to let people pass my guard so I could try it but it feels very satisfying when you sit up and lock seatbelt

He has a nice way of controling the crucifix where he is constantly trying to armbar you arm with his legs and choke you. He doesnt show the armbar in this video though

Yes maybe, i think your allowed to watch so many for free. Imagine the heisman escape from warm up series (flyover to judo side to twister side to heisman) When you go to pull your legs out you only pull out the one closest to the head then trap the arm by wrapping the still trapped leg around it and pinching your knees together sit up and pull your feet out to behind you and seatbelt... Bam crucifix

When i go for that escape the way people counter it by trying to stay on top of me and fight the grip on there arm is what makes this move easy
