I don't really understand what the problem is here? All to do with charging my students for great tuition? My electricity? My extractor fan and banner that I have put in to this never mind a mortgage?! How am I supposed to do all this for free? Lets be serious for a minute.

There's no other way around and your like 10P4L but you're only doing it for personal gain, I'm sure you have plenty, a man with a mortgage should have a day job, there's hotbox leaders who work all day then go and teach for free( some on rented mat space that they pay from there own pocket) your insulting all of us right now

No Chris I mean 6 months focused on only 10th planet techniques. I have been training jiujitsu for 3 years now and I am at a good level and my students are rapidly improving. I need to make money to live the same way anyone has to earn a living, we are also repping the system and using the techniques in competition so cant see the problem, pretty sure Eddie will be happy with his ststem expanding especially here in Wales as we are the only hotbox in the country. I thought we were all here to help each other out?!

Yeah I know, I understood exactly what you said, 6 months is nothing, you are clearly missing the point. No one said you aren't able to make a living, you just aren't allowed to use 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu to making a living when you aren't certified to teach it and actually belong to the affiliation. It is very cut and dry, if you want to become legit, do it the right way. Do it your way and you'll find out how well that works for you.

All of us 'official' hotbox heads do. Run your classes and charge for them by all means but you MUST NOT advertise those classes as 10th planet, even if you are a hotbox! Which at the moments you are not. Only affiliate moons can charge for 10th planet classes.
Until you have met the criteria required and gotten approval from Eddie to start a hotbox you are not a hotbox. You must not advertise yourself as 10th planet in any way.
It really is as simple as that.

Well Chris to me and my students we are a legit 10th planet hotbox and teaching legit techniques straight out of master Eddies books and from the Brandon Quick DVDs I have the tv and DVD player mounted on the wall, not that I should because you can't charge a little money to make everyone benefit from it?! Do you run the system Chris? I take it you are a black belt yeah?

1)Because you are charging for a servivce you are not qualified/certified to teach.

2)Because you are not paying to belong the the affiliation that legally gives you the authority to teach it. Or pay Eddie for all the hard work and development he put into the system, he has a family to feed as well. Eddie , myself and all the other affiliate and hotbox instructors work our asses off to legitmately promote the system. We all pay our dues, whether as a hotbox (search for the thread, find the rules/criteria)I all ready see you don't meet a few of the criteria. So you have work to do.

You morgage, fan, banner, etc. have ZERO to do with being a hotbox or affiliate. I've been training for 30 years now and teaching over 15years, I didn't make a profit until 4 years ago. I worked a full time job to support myself and my family and the gym paid for itself. Its a long journey of difficult terrain, nothing comes easy, and you have follow the rules like everyone else if you want to be apart of THIS family.

There is really only one way to become a part affiliation, the correct way. It just takes hard work and time.

Better put that banner away to, there is no such thing as 10 p Cardiff yet, we would all love for there to be but please do it the right way, it's the only way your gonna make thinks work the way you want
