Well just one big stomp isn't really the same thing. This is more of a continuous shaking and battering of the head. I know what you are saying, this is just a little different.
I do both, one to get the grip away from the body and then that shaking. Im guessing letting them sit up to slam there head down first adds an extra level of douch to the move.
Shaking your opponent helps in a lot of situations like trying to get a second gi grip for a choke. Parkinson's hand as one of my old instructor called it.
Was this shown at a seminar by someone or is it in a MTS somewhere?
