Ahh didnt think about the fact that there's a time frame. Def don't want to jam too much in then. Top half would be good. You got some good options from mount already but if theres enough time I'd say def rock some Monkey Mount.

theres not, after the initial sixteen weeks it was going to cycle back to the beginning, so question is do i finish this and make a second cycle for when i finish or just make a longer initial plan, either way it would cycle back to the beginning, what do you think.

Looks ok overall, the main thing is to make sure you are teaching what you know, if you try teaching stuff you aren't comfortable doing, you will have a bad time.

Depending on the level of the students in your class you might want to consider backing off the more advanced rubber guard stuff and/or spreading it out. For beginners I think a different theme each week is best so they can get a bit of everything fairly quickly, for more advanced students you can stick to a theme for a month and cover it in more detail.

The number of techniques you have per lesson is about right, but maybe think a bit more about grouping moves together that have synergy (eg. Hip bump sweep, Kimura & guillotine).

If this class is targeting beginners since it will a college curriculum and you will have a lot beginners, than I would suggest devoting for your first class on proper break falling, shrimping, rolling/tumbling, hip outs and basic drills so people get a strong base for safety. People want to learn all the sexy stuff and start throwing flying triangles, but at the beginner stages I would focus on Eddie's warm up series and traditional bjj techniques, slowly working them towards 10pjj little by little. My biggest thing when I taught kids Judo was safety and drills. Yeah drills are gay while you do them but they really do make the difference when performing in competition. Email me if you got anymore questions. I would also change regular push ups to Hindu Push-ups since it's a more functional exercise and promotes flexibility especially in the core area, which will help them loosen up for later on.

Also, I've never done a 'warm down' in my life, I kind of feel like no one is going to want to hang around and do push ups AFTER rolling. We just stretch at the end and talk shit
