10th Planet Rochester Goes 2-3 at Gladius MMA last night

Went 2-3 last night, Rob Lawler (1-0) and Joey DiSalvo (3-0) looked amazing! Rob won via guillotine in R1, and Joey by RNC in R1! Nick and Allen fell to tough opponents. Nick lost via tko in the 2R and Allen (3-3) on 1 weeks notice stepped up to fight a super tough opponent (9-5) and lost via rnc at the end of R1. Wally lost a Dec, he separated a rib early in first round and still finished the fight. He was even able to throw up a few submission attempts and land some solid striking with the limited motion he had. We are super proud of him for his shear will to continue to fight and even taking the 3rd round! We don't win them all, but no one ever gets an easy day with out team. Super proud win or loose of the technical ability and heart, toughness our team is know for!

The amount of support our team had was insane, we had over 125 deep in the crowd not counting those that bought tickets at the venue! Wally told me after the fight the only reason he didn't stop after the first round was because of the crowd support! Not only was his rib dislocated, it popped back in during the 2nd round and Wally was able to win the 3rd round. So fucking in awe of his toughness!
