New RG Path

I own mastering the rubber guard so I'm pretty familiar with the old path, but after seeing the most recent MTS I was curious as to what is the new path. As in from beginning to end. Any help? I know it starts with temp mission control, and ends in either jiu claw or muddy waters. Thanks!

Double bag on every transition and double leg curl the crack head variations on every clinch is what I understand is the main difference between the OG path and the new. I'm sure one of the Moon Heads will know for sure, but that was my take away of the difference after the second East Coast Training Camp at 10th Planet Rochester with Eddie.

Lol, no I train at a ctc in Maryland and online on gracie university. It receives a lot of flack, but I personally enjoy it. I love the 10th planet system though and like to cross train between gjj and 10pjj.
