Once again an amazing weekend, with my brothers and sisters up at Australia's HQ, 10th planet melbourne, as always Frank and his band of dawgs could not have been more hospitable... alot of great techniques and rolling over the couple of days, and some amazing details, that i know will take my game to another level... godaymn...

i've said it before, and i for damn sure will say it again, if you are in Australia, and claim to love the system, this is the place to go, Coach Barca, is so giving with his knowledge, and breaks techniques down to the finest details. plus every night he has a mat full of killers to have fun and test your self against...

even Met and rolled with Marty from the forum, who after Fri night, i'm guessing is def going to start making regular trips

these monthly trips aren't enough... may have to make even more regular!

I was just getting on to post what an amazing night I had Friday night. Frank is truly the man!!! I watch MTS on and off and read the books/watch the DVD's but it's always the little details that make all the difference. Even something as simple as Frank's "depositing DNA in the RNC" (I won't steal his thunder and explain it) instantly makes such a difference. Frank and his crew could not have made me feel more welcome and it was great meeting you and your Mt Gambier killers.

I could not agree with you more about anyone in Aus making the time to train regularly with Frank. I'm disappointed in myself that I haven't made the effort previously (I only live about 20 minutes away so no real excuses) but will definitely be rectifying that now with regular visits.
