    A shoulder / rotator injury is not something to mess around with. The surgery is brutal and the recovery is even tougher. Many times surgery has to occur multiple times in order to remedy.

    In saying that I've been dealing with an iffy shoulder for a while. Mine is not really painful but more loose / odd feeling. When i stop rolling for a few days it improves. Just protect it best you can and you may want to get it checked out if it's painful. Your body is letting you know something is wrong.

    Thanks John! I saw two doctors but no physical therapy, knee seems to be pretty strong and stable but range of motion needs work.
