Seems like if you keep left hand on right shin youll still get the choke.
Lately I never let go of that shin! It also shrinks the triangle and allows you to use forearm to crunch head into your leg. Will try tonight to see what I think though.

THIS! Holding the shin or holding the shin to get the "the clamp" is the shit!

I personally would not use this triangle escape.
For it allows the guy on bottom to sweep to their left with relative ease.
It also creates plenty of space for the guy on bottom to under hook on the right side to achieve a more dominant angle for finishing the triangle.

This here is my preferred triangle escape. Jason Scully provides some excellent details too!

I've been using this escape with some success.

Don't let Cora use that escape. I only see bad things. For one, the guy can still choke you. I also see an opportunity for the bottom guy to get on top. And for the escape to work, it seems the bottom has to stay still. Otherwise they can alleviate the "pressure" by simply moving with it.

pretty much what i was thinking except i was going to compare the guy on bottum to a girl after breathing in chloroform. the guy in the video didnt close the triangle at all, could be so the other guy has room to talk but keeping the hand on shin and keeping the triangle closed properly should get the tap, or moving with the guy on topand getting top position as he sits there for an hour shrimping. could also switch the legs and go for a bolt lock.

is a teepee possible from there? i guess if the hands are there quick enough.
