    Strong whizzerpimp. Stomp. Then do the bottom half of a squat. If you extend to much they can hop your knee. Your prob doing knee extensions and crunches. Half squat. Your clench will pull you right up.

    I was routinly getting stuck after the stomp. I could not get that second leg free to get to full butterfly. I was just trying to use the pimp arm to pry that leg through with little sucess. I asked Eddie about it at training camp. he told me to really commit to the butterfly sweep with that one hook in. It has really helped!!!

    ^ This is an awesome way to do it that I use a lot to get the second butterfly. If you have both butterflies and are having trouble sitting up (the core strength thing?) its because you haven't used the two butterflies and your pimp arm/new under hook to scoot your but away enough. I have no idea if that's what your asking or not...
