im really liking this from the spiderweb position. ive only tried it on my grappling dummy but id say using the arm thats hooked through the legs grab their far away arm. use it to lever yourself up, sit down on the arm and slide down to the side to twist it. does anyone have a video of the baratoplata from an armbar?
btw this is really really interesting me, im gunna make it my focus for the next few months. thanks for posting it up here.
