We had a guy join at the age of 66 but he had a couple surgeries and never came back. Super respectful guy who never missed class until then.

We have three guys over 40. Me at 43...a 45yr old and a 47yr old but the 47yr old and I are the only old guys that compete.we are sore and hurt a lot lol
