Thanks Denny! It's great to see you posting this. It let's me know I'm doing something right. I picked up a similar style from Rigan and it added a whole new dimension to my bottom game. I've become so comfortable with the overhook and sticking the foot in that if I'm not playing the Lockdown game, this is my other "go to" position from my back and I find it highly effective.

Awesome good to hear. I am a big fan of the Jean Jacques sweep and the stick shift, which is what this sweep is based off of.
