Wow looks like im making a trip to uruguay good post.

What I find funny is that people are always pointing to Portugal when talking about legal drugs. Drugs are really "legal" there. You don't go to jail for having drugs, but you can still be arrested. You then have to see a judge, counselor etc.

I was just in 4 different cities in Portugal and the same shady people were trying to sell crappy hash. I asked some locals and they said that the cops are still undercover trying to bust some tourists and locals. No jail or fines, just a bunch of hassle. Plus, they don't recognize medical at all.

On that note...Uruguay has been bumped up to my next long vacation next summer during my break!!! Legal and cheap. Wonder if the quality is good?
