It's going to take you 167 years to complete if you do one set of 5x3 minute rounds. 15min = .25 hours x 5days x 4 weeks a month= 5 hours, 10,000/5 = 2000months /12years = 167 years...I think. Originally Posted by Brent Smith

Im a peacock you gotta let me fly MDJ! You're not counting in the fact that I'm training 8-10 a week with the start of this 5:30 class. And I'll bump up from 15 minutes to as long as someone will stay to let me get the reps. Can I count solo low single shots into my counter (I'm going to anyways!)? Alright I decided to just go with 10,000 reps rather than hours. 2 hours a day on one technique isn't plausible for me right now.#10thplanetFREAKS

I just do Lockdown. Next year I'm adding guard passes, and Rubber guard. But I love prison guard. *help*
