Man you guys are lucky!! I'm used to working out early mornings since high school football, we used to have a zero period. 6 am weight lifting. I like the way it jump starts your day, and you feel super accomplished that u already got a workout in. Take advantage of that for sure. Glad to hear peeps are supporting it. When i have my own gym im gonna run a early workout too.

Week one done and I'm feeling fuggin great. Contemplating getting up that early everyday. The funny part is me and Dewitt were saying "we need a 5 am class" on a Saturday. By the next Monday we were there bright and early at 5:30
