What is the best option from here when your opponent has all the weight on you with double bicep control and you cant get any hooks in and cant whip them up.
My feet eventually got too sore i had to uncross to traditional half guard, then i went back to lockdown again. Eventually he got sick of the stale mate but is there anything attacking you can do from this position?
