    Louis Ho is Canadas 1st 10th Planet Black Belt!

    I am so proud of my coach and honored to train under him for many reasons. First of all he is a great friend and treats every single one of us like equals. Second, he encourages all of us in his own way to be the best that we can be in the gym and in competition. Thirdly, he leads by example and no matter the circumstances of his physical ailments or his matches he won't back down and always finds a way to overcome and keep going. My life is not what it would have been without him and I think I can speak for most if not all of us at 10th P MTL that Louis is a great teacher, coach, competitor and friend.

    Congratulations to the 1st Canadian 10th Planet Black Belt, Louis Ho.
