    TPJJ Ronin blue belt

Hey guys I remember reading in an old thread that it would be possible to test for your blue belt if you were a Ronin (follow the system but no TPJJ school anywhere close) student. Something like you must post 10 tournaments wins, be a member for 6 months, upload like 7 videos of all the 10th planet techniques you know from different positions. Is this still possible? Do you all know of anyone that has earned their blue this way? I am a Gracie blue belt and followed the 10th planet system for quite some time. I have like 8 videos of submission tournament wins including a win by electric chair, nice old school sweeps, a bit of rubber guard etc.. I would totally film the videos of TPJJ knowledge if it is still possible to achieve blue belt this way. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!!

Scott 10th Planet recognizes belts from other systems? Wasn't sure because everything is so different.. So you are saying if I test the Ronin way I would test for purple next?

Chris my BB is from Gracie Combatives.. Of course the Gracie Combatives system is the only way to test for your blue in the Gracie system. If you workout at a Gracie affiliate where a blue belt that graduated the Gracie ICP is the instructor you still must record your test and send it in to be graded by Ryron/Rener or another instructor at the official academy in Torrence. There aren't any legit schools in the area, that is why I am a Ronin student... I have had pretty good success in tournaments though and my game is mostly tpjj. I have no problem filming the 5 videos and uploading the competition videos although in some of my wins I am not rocking 10th planet gear so I have a few more to go.. Was just wondering if you guys were still giving blue belts to Ronin students under those stipulations and if my belt would be recognized. Thanks
