    Actually, that photo is an automatic disqualification. The rules clearly state, "Any contestant who posts a photo of himself wearing a 10th Planet shirt next to a celebrity will be automatically disqualified if it can be proven that the celebrity himself has been photographed in a 10th Planet shirt of his own."
