    twister tall people

    does anybody have tips on twistering taller people? I'm 5'6 it seems like they're up to high once i'm in the lockdown. Its hard for me to rock them up to put my arm behind their head. Any advice would be great.

    Maybe no twister, but try the groin stretches and calf cranks

    How tall is the person you're trying to twister? I would think the taller the person the better the leverage would be...
