The judge lied at 6:58 to the jury. The jury does not have to be unanimous in their decision, that is a lie from hollywood movies. If even one person says not guilty then the defendant must be released according to the law.

I feel for this lady as it brings back bad memories of my own! In the good ole state of Indiana they will charge you with a class D felony of "maintaining a common nuisance" for growing. Unfortunately i know this from personal experience. Not to go into the whole details but they didn't even find the 4 plants I was growing. All they found was the equipment, a fan leaf, and a grinder with residue. I too was growing for personal use, and never sold anything. They never even mentioned suspicion of dealing...they knew I wasn't. But they also knew it didn't matter...good ole indiana prosecutor only needed what he had to get their felony conviction.

p.s. It was my first offense...I had never been arrested before then
