fucking robots, & one person should have had the balls to say not guilty, instead of succoming to piear pressure,

I have to be the bad guy I guess. She is guilty of breaking state law isnt she ? Even tho the law is stupid as shit, the jury is right in saying she is guilty are they not ?

my brother is going threw some shit because he was renting a room from a house that had a lot money buried in the back yard and weed in the vents nothing even in the room he was renting, and they put him in jail for 2 weeks and let him out on a $20,000 bail and house arrest until his court date witch could take a couple of years all with no proof that he was involved in any way. that is why Canadian law sucks they go to trail with cases they can't win just to fuck your life up.

Any "law" or piece of legislation that is not consistent with the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution or the Bill of Rights is a non law and therefore null & void.

I don't condone the use of cannabis for recreational use but if it is for a legitimate medical condition to alleviate pain then it would fall under the 'pursuit of Happiness' provision in the Declaration of Independence and any legislation that carries the color of law that prohibits a persons ability aquire relief is a non law and informed citizens have a duty to get rid of such laws.

Pretty sure doktors could give her something else then weed to ease the pain so I think that would cancel out the claim of it being under the 'pursuit of Happiness' provision in the Declaration of Independence. According to law that is, not common sense, but the two dont seem to get along.

I myself if sworn to protect and follow the law would say she was guilty, but never in my life agree to the 2-4year imprisonment.

Still. Guilty according to law.

I would vote 'not guilty' because of the unconstitutionality of the law.

Laws are just rules created by men. The laws themselves have little importance once you consider the motives behind the men who created them.

U.S. history is riddled with unethical laws.

Surely you have heard of the "Jim Crow Laws?"

Or the "Racial Integrity Act of 1924?"

Or how about "Pace v. Alabama?"

Proposition 8 would be a nice juicy current example of idiots with agendas creating bullshit laws to push their unethical agendas.

Still feel the same way about citizen compliance to laws, just cause?

Sure the doctors have other drugs they can give out for pain. That doesn't mean its healthy, or ethical to do so. Many prescription drugs have terrible side effects and many pain medications are terribly addictive.

Ask yourself...why are those drugs legal and marijuana is not? The science shows that marijuana is very helpful for many people and is totally safe, whereas most prescription drugs can and often do hurt, or even kill people. Oh yeah...cause the pharmaceutical companies are one of the largest lobbyists to the U.S. Government.

As long as doctors keeps handing out prescription drugs that corrupt pharmaceutical companies push, Marijuana will never be legal.

Why?

Cause its free, non addictive, and grows virtually anywhere in the world. In short, why would you pay doctors, pharmacies, and insurance companies when you can grow and use one cheap plant that helps with all sorts of ailments.

That doesn't sound very good for the drug dealers...oops...I mean the drug companies.
