sorry to hear that, probably just bad luck as far as your thread staying on the first few pages of the forum.

No worries, and I didn't mean to sound like I was whining!! I appreciate this forum very much and the time people take to post their feedback. I was just hoping for David's sake someone with more knowledge than me would post. And I'm glad they did, because there was a ton of knowledge dropped.

Some things I think that would help a lot from what I see 1.Try not to turn away form the person. 2.Work on your hip movement.
3.Try your best not to be flat on your back. Work on those 3 things and every thing else will fall in to place in time.

So I tried to post yesterday, but idk what Happened.

In your first match, it seemed like you were content to chill on your back, which could be a good thing, but in this case it wasn't as productive as you had hoped. Like everyone said if you have lotus flexibility the jailbreak is awesome. I dont have lotus flexibility and if you don't have lotus flexibility, I suggest continuing to work the Ghost Series, and to introduce the Flow into your half guard escapes. From the flow, you'll at the very least end up in lockdown again, and if done right, you can land in double butterflies with potential over unders. Being a big guy as well, I know how frustrating it is to whip up someone just as heavy as you, and/or be stuck under someone just as heavy as you. This is when your technique has to be extra crisp (like a small guy), and your timing has to be perfect. Continue to work your wrestling as well as your sprawls, and add some standing guard passes in (Knee Slice, M1, M2, Jeff Glover Step back) those will help your agility and if you can move like a 185'r or a 205'r you'll definitely have much more success. Keep your head up and continue to push forward, work on being a mobile big guy, not a typical big guy. Best Of Luck Buddy you'll crush em next time.

Although being pretty flecible for my size still working on that lotus someday i will get their as foreverything else amazing advice i have already started going back through the MTS videos and your excatly right i am comfortable on bottom because i have good defense. I like to do the homer simpson approach let them over work and tire them selves out then when that happens go for it problem is thats not a good strategy lol not unless i have like 10 mins to work with but then why work that long yourself and be tired for next match. Just opened my eyes that i was getting lazy on a lot of stuff.
