Looks like we are going to have the full slate of 40 participants, which means the house will be completely packed out. That having been said, I want to emphasize that this is going to be a grueling weekend. If you're here for the camp, I expect you to participate. Please don't disrespect your instructors and training partners by missing a session

It won't be a sunshine and roses weekend; we plan on working hard and growing. I want the Southeastern segment of the 10th Planet organization to be the strongest, most competitive and the most cohesive; I believe this weekend will be a huge step towards that goal.

I want to take a moment to thank Derek Stewart, Sean Applegate and Bobby Rivers in advance. These guys are basically donating their time to be a part of this vision. I'm incredibly appreciative of their belief in 10th Planet, our portion of that population, and this idea.

A couple of really important things that need to be emphasized heading into the weekend, some of which should go without saying:

1. Everyone please bring enough water for each session. I highly recommend getting yourself a gallon jug and finishing it each day. It will help tremendously, especially if you aren't accustomed to drinking that much water. Of course, we will have bottled water, Powerade, energy drinks, etc... available at the gym.

2. Eat meals before you arrive. We won't be breaking for food once we begin each session and I don't want people skipping out on sessions; it's disrespectful and defeats your purpose for being here. It would be a wise choice to bring plenty of snacks each evening. Peanuts, bananas, etc... are a great choice.

3. Bring clean gear for every session. Maybe multiple changes of gear per session if you are particularly prone to nastiness. If we catch you wearing dirty gear, you will be asked to leave.

4. Bring a clean towel for every session.

5. If you are taking advantage of the free housing we are offering, please show respect to your host family. This is super important to me as I want to continue to be able to offer this in the future. Don't be the jerk who screws it up for everybody. If you have 10th Planet habits or vices (), please discuss whether this is acceptable with your host in their home before indulging. If they say no and you have a complaint, please feel free to shut up and pay for your own lodging

6. Along the same lines, don't expect to use your host family's stuff. Bring your own shampoo, toothpaste, towels, etc...

7. Think about your meals ahead of time and plan intelligently. If you eat fast food the whole time you're here, you're gonna feel like crap and you're gonna spend more money than is necessary. Bring a cooler and buy some stuff for sandwiches.

8. If you are using the free housing, bring a sleeping bag and pillow! Some of these places are packed to the gills, so you may or may not have a bed.

9. Bring flip flops for the gym. We are very serious about keeping your feet covered when you aren't off the mats. That's grounds for a beating.

10. If you need athletic tape, braces, etc... while you are here, Academy Sports is literally right next door. They should have what you need.

11. If you need rash guards, shorts, shirts, etc... we have all of this stuff in stock.

12. Bring a notebook and pen. You'll need it.

13. Videotaping is allowed during my sessions, as long as it's only for personal use. Please don't post stuff on the intrawebs without my permission. I'm not sure how the other instructors feel about this, but please ask them before assuming it's ok.

Also in my portion "Getting the party started" you will need the following items- a sixer of Old Milwaukee, 1 pair of Ray-ban sunglasses(the dueschier the better), an undersized jockstrap(you too ladies) 2 clean syringes(no sharing, as Brandon stated, cleanliness is paramount), an 8ball of uncut yayo or that blue shit from Breaking Bad(personal preference), an escort(aka crack whore you just picked up from the bypass) these can be shared, but the condoms can't(trust, you don't want what I've got), a high energy sativa before my lesson and a mellow indica for after. To take the edge off. Oh, and please, you must be at least 9 years of age to attend. I might say a bad word.

And I know this is gonna be a disappointment, but no goats. That's a seminar in itself. I will be available for privates however and the only cost will be supplying the above.

Like Brandon said, we take our training serious down here. If hinder my session at all, there are acres of peanut fields and thousands of gullies and creeks. Your body will never be found.

Anybody trying to pass bedazzled dollar store knock-offs for raybans will be placed in a pure white sack, beaten with an assortment of unripened fruits in another, smaller pure white sack, and immediately transported to the nearest drainage ditch. Especially if your initials rhyme with Logan.

There's a certain level of dousche that just can't be faked and I'll be damned if I let you cheat yourselves.
