    Digging the combat jits pants

    After watching the latest MTS I really liked those ACU pants. I am doing some coaching for a government agency and I think they would look good to train in and I think the people I'm training would dig them as well. They're available in masses at the goodwill because I live near an army base. I've used old bdu pants before, but they do rip in the crotch. Any alteration experts familiar with some ideas to reinforce the crotch so they can handle some serious rubber guard?

    You can get full ACU gis or just the gi pants. I have a full set that I use when training gi. I'm a LE officer and we wear ACU uniforms. I along with my other defensive tactics instructors sometimes wear these gi pants when we teach, because our normal ACU pants rip to easily. I know the solider did some alterations on his to reinforce the trouble areas, but I wanted to let you know about the other option.
