    twister side advice

    when i get to twister side of attempting the twister pass and im a bit low and my partner is able to straight arm me is there the any tips on breaking there arms from being straight becuase its really hard to just keep pushing up higher on there body and all base becomes a factor. would you abondon and go regular sie control?

    Get into better position before going for twister side control. Collect the arm that's closer to your hips and get your knee in his armpit, or even better, under his head. Get your hip into his armpit, or even better, sitting on his arm as you jam your elbow into his other armpit. Keep his arms bent by pushing off his hips and getting heavy. If he gets his arms completely straight, I'll go back to side, or take full mount.

    You gotta really lean back into him and make sure you are jamming his arm pit so his top arm is useless, he can't push you back with just the bottom arm
