Hi all,
Over the weekend we had the Pan Pacific championships in Melbourne, Australia.
I competed in the Purple 73 kg (160lb) division and took Silver home,
here are the fights that got me to the final, hope you enjoy!!!

Josh, Im so proud of you brother. You fought so damn hard and those guys were stroooong!

Beautiful tactical attacking game. Congrats on the silver Tito, I'm sure you will take a lot away from this event.

Guys, in case you don't know, Josh is an affiliate instructor running his academy in South Melbourne, called 10th Planet Sunshine!

Get down there and have a roll with all the beasts there if you are in town and looking for a great session.

Josh has been training with me forever and he has been in the system since 2006. He has been to HQ three times and Josh has some mad skills. His butterfly game is sik, and his 10th Planet knowledge is awesome. He is my top guy without a doubt and I know you will all get behind him and support him as you always do!

He is also fought MMA with a submission victory in 31 seconds via Guillotine choke against a wrestler. Hopefully we can get that up as well it was epic!

I can vouch for that, Josh always the top guy I search out for a roll when i'm in town. Very technical, and a great guy on top of all that.

Only watched the first one, but crazy guard recovery and pass defence, then to finish with a 4 point buzzer beater. Awesome.

nice butterfly and rubber guard josh. those guys looked massive and they had nothing on you.

australians are crazy, they train in crazy hot temperatures and its nothing to them.

and i really like franks coaching in the background, i think its great having a coach thats so vocal like that. i know some of the guys ive seen coaching barely say a word or dont actually say anything useful. not to mention franks energy.

cant wait to train with you guys again. awesome to se you all doing so well.

and congrats on franks silver aswell. 10th planet is being represented down under!!!!
