That spiel at around the 4 minute mark is great. That's one of many things I miss about Empire. Just a good old plain ol Herzog spiel breakin it down the "why." It's always cool to learn the how. But Zog breaks down WHY he teaches things a certain way. He'll admit, "yes, you CAN get a tap from a straight ankle lock by falling to your back. But the reason WHY I teach going to your side is because it's more efficient." Maybe I'm weird, but the "why" always drilled the lessons home a bit more and the reason I still kill with the basic leglock series.
