I am having some difficulty increasing my flexibility with just stretching so im going to get back into yoga. What form of yoga do you all think is the best for training jiu jitsu. Which would be the best as a warm up routine what would be good for recovery. When do you prefer doing yoga before training, right after training or the days in between. What are some good books/dvds on the topic. Are there any routines you could do every single day and what would be the best time to do them. Anything you all could add to this would be greatly appreciated.
