How could this be? was there some problem with chain of custody for the evidence or some other legal fuck up? They got it on camera, right?

id like to hear the reasoning behind the jurys verdict. maybe lloyd offered them leg lock classes private for a reduced fee of only 1000 bucks. free leg lock stick with every new sign up.

I read the rape description. My guess is that Maldonado convinced the jury the sex was consensual until Schultz got involved. Even the girls police report mentions that she only named Schultz and Schultz threw Maldonado under the bus after. IMO they're both rapists. Apparently Schultz is still awaiting a verdict. So I'm using my basic few college years of criminal justice to guess how this happened despite video evidence.

I left that major for things like this. I can't get around the abuse of technicalities. It's too frustrating.

Damn, and I thought the IBJJF rule set was bad enough. Legal system fail.
